Shipping policy

Here at Voodoo Neon we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.  We've spent lots of time perfecting our processes and system to ensure speedy manufacturing times, and we rely upon the World's best postal providers (DHL, Fedex, and other reputable postal services) to get those parcels to our customers as quickly as possible.

Typically this means we need 2-4 business days to manufacture your custom sign order, and then 4-10 business days for the delivery of your parcel.

OVERVIEW

All orders that we sell at Voodoo Neon are:

• Manufactured and custom for you (typically 2-4 business days)
• Sent via Express Post (using Fedex, DHL, or other reputable postal service - typically 4-10 business days)
• Tracking of the parcel (with a tracking code)
• Signature upon delivery (as a default for all orders we send out)
• Parcels come from our manufacturing facility in China
